Why did you choose startup stress when you could also have a 9to5 job?
Because in a startup you are in a faster-flowing stream, you learn a lot more than in any degree and it's just a hell of a lot of fun.
Would you say that you left your comfort zone for adretto?
Yes, definitely. That's what makes it so exciting.
What distinguishes your everyday life from your time before adretto?
I have to travel a lot less, have a lot more independence, a lot more satisfaction and a lot less pay ;).
What do you enjoy most about your job?
That it's not just a job, but that you see a company growing. This together with the employees and customers, who are enthusiastic about the topic and are happy to support it.
Have you ever regretted taking that bold step?
Absolutely not. The only thing I regret is that I didn't found it sooner.
Is there one funny adretto moment that you can tell us about?
Phu - there are a lot of them. That's what defines the startup vibe. We initially participated in the Zünder Accelerator program (a program for startups in the early stages) and had to pitch our idea to investors. In the hurry and of course nervousness, I fetched a pair of suit trousers that were much too tight and short from the warehouse and then had to pitch our automatic size algorithm with flood trousers.
Hand on heart: Do you like wearing suits?
Yes very much. I rarely wear these, but they always make me feel good. Like armor for a warrior. That's why I correspond to the typical adretto customer.
